The Capital Automotive Group (All 312 of us have been signed up) will be participating in the 2010 TELUS Walk to Cure Diabetes in support of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation for the third year in a row.
Over 300,000 Canadians live with type 1 diabetes. Globally, every ten seconds two people develop diabetes.
The Capital Automotive group has set a goal of raising $10,000 for the Walk to Cure Diabetes which is held on Sunday, June 6th this year at Wascana Park.
We encourage you to sign up with our Capital Cares team or start a team of your own and support this great cause.
A cure for type 1 diabetes is achievable, and with your help, we can make it a reality.
